The best way to choose your size, would be to take a t-shirt that fits you well, lay it down on a flat surface and measure the half chest and length, and then compare it to our measurements. This will give you a good idea of what to choose:

* Half Chest measurements, in cms, taken from the seam under one arm to the seam under the other arm, while garment is lying on a flat surface.
