Please notify us of your request in writing with photos attached, 7 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. (Kindly send photo of items received).
Returned items can be sent to 405 Flora Road, Dana Bay, Mossel Bay, 6510. Your item needs to be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Courier fees will be for your own account.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or bank account (original method of payment).
Please note: Non-refundable items include Face Masks, SALE items, gift vouchers, coupon discounts and prize giveaways.
WE CANNOT REFUND COURIER COSTS INVOLVED WITH RETURNS/EXCHANGES.
Please use the size charts with individual garment measurements before ordering.
If you ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange for the correct size, but the customer will be liable for the courier costs involved, both to send back the item as well as to receive the new one.
